Costumed pairs of llamas and 4-Hers have attracted crowds near the state fair livestock barns. The costume contest is just one part of the 4-H lama encampment held at the state fair. Libby Montreuil learns all things lama from the dedicated 4-Hers that make the encampment a one-of-a-kind experience.
