The half-hour program is hosted by 4-H volunteer Libby Tate featuring interviews with young Minnesotans who demonstrate how they have “learned by doing” through their local 4-H clubs. Tate captures what the students have learned about poultry, livestock, cooking, engineering and design. Throughout the program, Tate reviews the philosophy and practices of the 4-H program.
