Thai Chef Phaeth Holapatiphone Worden makes Thai spring rolls from her mother's recipe.

Phaeth Worden is known as the “egg roll girl” at the Pantry Cafe in Madison where she works as a server. Worden tells the story of her immigration from Thailand to Fresno to Fargo to Madison as she demonstrates the art of making Thai spring rolls. Phaeth has always felt welcomed by the people of Madison. “Here people are into the word ‘community’ -- just doing things for each other,” she said.
