The Postcards team traveled to Grand Rapids to visit the Judy Garland Museum in Grand Rapids in a search for a stolen pair of ruby slippers and other memorabilia made famous the by 1930’s classic film “The Wizard of Oz.” Frances Gumm was Judy Garland’s real name and the locals here have stories to tell about when she lived in Grand Rapids and grew up in the caring embrace of a small town.
