Make the information that the DNR is gathering relevant to people.
If the information that is being gathered is relevant to hunters and outdoors people, they'll be more likely to offer help. The DNR is also hosting a number of community meeting where people can attend and offer up their idea and let the DNR know how to better engage the public. The first meeting is in Thief River Falls on March 2.
