Unaffiliated voters must declare a party this week to vote by mail in primary
Unaffiliated New Jersey voters who want to use a mail-in ballot for the June primary elections have until Wednesday, April 12 to declare a party affiliation. And if you’re not already registered to vote in the state, you have until May 16 to register.
